Deadlines & fees

Registrations for II Interdisciplinary Scientific Conference “Mathematical Conference” are now open.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant!

Registration fee includes full participation at the conference, conference materials including a book of abstracts and printed scientific program, as well as lunches, coffee & tea breaks and attendance to the Conference Dinner and planned social activities.

Registration process

All participants

Make an appropriate payment timely - date of the payment is the date of your registration. Please notice that all fees will increase as the conference approaches. Participants without confirmed payment will not be included into the scientific program, will not receive any conference materials and will not have their abstracts published in the conference proceedings.

Participants submitting a proposal

Deadline for abstract submission: 10th February 2015

Please remember to enter the topic of your presentation, an abstract (max 250 words) and 4 keywords in your Registration Form by 10th February 2015. All proposals will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee. You will receive an e-mail informing you whether or not your proposal has been accepted.

If your abstract will not be accepted you may still participate in the conference without presentation. You are eligible then for refund of part of the charge (40 EUR; 25 EUR for students). If your proposal will not be accepted and you decide not to take part in the conference we will refund your conference fee.

Students Conference Fee

Only those attendees currently pursuing a degree at the Undergraduate, Graduate or PhD level are eligible for the student rate. Students will be required to present valid identification upon arrival at the conference.
