The Organizer provides a limited amount of grants dedicated to participants experiencing financial difficulties. Grants can cover up to 25% of the conference fee. In order to receive more details and apply for grant, please, contact the Organizer.
Conference fee includes full participation in all scientific sessions and social events, conference materials, as well as lunches served at the University and all coffee breaks. In frames of the conference fee, you can submit a paper, which after receiving positive reviews will be published in a conference monograph. Further details will be given later.
We are happy to welcome accompanying persons! The registration fee for accompanying persons includes all social events and admission to the Poster Session and Exhibition.
Please, notice that the conference fee does not include the accommodation costs. All the participants are kindly asked to make their own accommodation arrangements in Cracow.
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, loss suffered while attending events or other risks. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance if needed.

All fees should be paid in PLN or EUR, free of all bank charges.
The payment for the conference should be done by bank transfer. Regrettably, we can not accept credit cards.
